Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead a team in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for challenging problems and manage projects while mentoring junior technicians.

The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and effective communication across the Operations facility to ensure uptime and reliability in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls (MHE).
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using a CMMS system for maintenance work orders.
• 2+ years with PLC programs and control logic.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians on a team.
• Vendor management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and control components.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
