Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to lead mechatronic technologies for AMZL Delivery Stations in Nashville. You will collaborate with Robotics, SW teams, Process Engineering, Operations, and Facilities to shape the automation roadmap.

The role requires hands-on design, validation, and rapid prototyping in our Innovation Center, with business-case development and cross-functional leadership to scale solutions from concept to deployment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hardware design and validation experience
• Experience using CAD tools to deliver high quality models and designs
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking)
• Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments
• Experience taking design concepts through development to deployment or mass production
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end hardware development from ideation to on-site implementation
• Write requirements, specs, test plans, and procedures
• Collect user needs and feedback to propose improvements
• Influence decisions with data-driven analysis and validation plans
• Define project timelines and budgets, track progress and risks
