Turner Industries is hiring a Mechanical Superintendent to join our Capital Projects team in Houston, TX. The role supervises maintenance and construction activities, coordinating workers and providing on-site administrative and technical management.

Requires 10+ years in mechanical supervision, leadership, and strong safety performance. Reporting to the Site Manager or Project Manager, you will ensure design, budget, and schedule alignment, interpret drawings, and enforce safety programs across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant construction knowledge preferred.
• 10+ years of mechanical supervision experience and proven leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's license; TWIC preferred but not required.
• Strong safety performance, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and supervises on-site maintenance and construction activities.
• Interprets drawings and supports project management with procedures and safety programs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, budgets, and schedules; enforces safety rules.
• Leads on-site personnel, manages productivity and equipment use.
• Develops and updates procedures with project management approval.
