Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Mechanical-Electrical Superintendent to lead field teams on major construction projects. You will coordinate trade labor, manage safety, schedule, budget and quality, and work with engineers to ensure coordinated systems.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least six years in MEPE construction, travel 90-100%, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of engineering/architectural experience with six+ years in ME/MEP construction.
• Knowledge of building construction means/methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Turner trade labor for ME and E systems on the project.
• Manage safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence for the work under supervision.
• Coordinate with engineers on ME/EP system layouts and 3D coordination sets.
• Supervise assistants, field engineers and interns; participate in performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, regulations and Turner standards.
