Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in facility construction or similar.
• Strong mechanical background, Data Centers preferred.
• Experience leading large teams across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Resource Management: plan and supervise equipment start-up, commissioning, and craft activities.
• Project Planning and Strategy: coordinate work with other crafts and departments.
• Risk Management: maintain safety program compliance and labor relations coordination.
• Team Leadership: liaise with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure drawings, specs, and schedule compliance.
