Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks a field-first mechanical construction leader to direct day-to-day mechanical construction on large data center projects. You will own field execution from installation through commissioning, coordinating HVAC and piping across multiple trades while driving critical-path work.

We value 5+ years of mechanical construction experience (superintendent-level preferred) and willingness to travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction experience (superintendent-level preferred).
• Willing to travel extensively across the U.S.
• Ability to read drawings and lead subcontractors in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC and mechanical piping operations on large data center projects.
• Direct foremen, trades, and subcontractors in the field.
• Drive critical-path work and keep milestones on track.
• Coordinate installation with electrical, plumbing, structural, controls, and other MEP trades.
• Identify constructability issues and field conflicts before they affect schedule.
• Own manpower, productivity, deliveries, daily priorities, QA/QC, and field docs.
• Oversee testing, startup, commissioning, punch lists, and turnover.
