Qualifications

• Exhibits journey level proficiency plus advanced knowledge enabling leadership within the organization.
• Leads, facilitates and coordinates work activities of engineers and ensures compliance with policies and external regulations.
• Develops plans with measurable goals and budgets; uses CPM/PERT for project planning and tracking.
• Identifies problems, analyzes data, and develops practical solutions and improvements.
• Documents complex technical subjects clearly for management, professional societies, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates across disciplines and networks to achieve objectives and drive results.
• Makes decisions considering risks, uncertainty, and impact on department operations and major projects.

ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in engineering
