Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead construction projects from inception to closeout. You will mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, oversee high-profile projects, and develop strong client relationships, ensuring profitability and on-schedule delivery across locations.

The role requires deep knowledge of industrial construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and change management, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Construction experience.
• Experience managing projects $75MM+ in value.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Senior PMs, PMs, and APMs.
• Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight.
• Coordinate resources with team leaders to meet schedules.
• Attend hand-off meetings to gather crucial project information.
• Review and approve SVs, budgets, and invoices.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Oversee subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Review monthly billing and owner payments.
