Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Executive to lead two or more HVAC or plumbing projects, develop new business opportunities, and manage field teams. This role emphasizes planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and client liaison to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance and PM experience.
• Strong management techniques and staff development ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and direct field positions through senior managers.
• Set objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Monitor staff performance and address issues as needed.
• Liaise with prime client, Architect, and Engineer for business development.
• Oversee on-site construction to meet schedule and budget.
• Represent company in project meetings and negotiations.
• Manage contract finances and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, CAD/BIM and fabrication.
• Develop construction plans, vendor quotes, subcontracts and schedules.
• Produce revenue forecasts, cash flow analyses and change orders.
• Provide recovery plans for project issues; ensure safety and quality.
