Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or mechanical trade apprenticeship required.
7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical construction (MEP), energy conservation, design, applicable codes, and standards.
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written presentations.

Responsibilities

Oversee projects from final sale to completion, managing subcontractors and internal teams.
Provide onsite updates, schedules, and progress reports to customers.
Lead project teams and maintain relationships with customers, utilities, vendors, and distributors.
Prepare as-built documentation and financial forecasts; monitor project progress and finances.
Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery of equipment and services.
Ensure safety compliance per contracts, statutes, and company procedures.
