Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical construction project management, 2.5+ in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers.
• Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on-budget delivery.
