Job summary

EMCOR Services Scalise Industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Mechanical Group to lead HVAC and plumbing projects across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. You will plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all contract functions to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires five years of PM experience in HVAC/plumbing, licensure, and the ability to manage projects from $1M to $5M.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum of Project Management experience in HVAC and Plumbing.
• Licenses: HVAC and Master Plumber; other licenses a plus.
• Experience managing projects between $1M and $5M.
• Solid scheduling, coordination, and contract administration skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contract functions for HVAC/plumbing projects.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and ensure financial goals.
• Lead a team of technical staff and maintain a trained workforce.
• Oversee scope, schedule, costs, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Maintain records, document control, and client communications.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure proper site safety practices.
