Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC/mechanical construction.
• Proven track record managing projects valued from $500K to multi-million dollars.
• PMP and LEED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout.
• Ensure safety compliance across teams and job sites.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
