A leading design consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Assessor for remote work within the U.S. The role involves leading mechanical and plumbing assessments for various facilities, providing reports on deficiencies, and working with clients to develop recommendations. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in facility assessments, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing facility condition assessments preferred.
• Experience assessing healthcare and educational institutions strongly preferred.
• Must be able to walk large areas daily and perform physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Conduct on-site facility condition assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate mechanical systems like HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Provide written technical descriptions of systems and their deficiencies.

Conoscenze

Experience in conducting mechanical and plumbing facility condition assessments

Evaluation of HVAC, plumbing, and building equipment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with construction sites
