Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing facility condition assessments preferred.
• Experience assessing healthcare and educational institutions strongly preferred.
• Must be able to walk large areas daily and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site facility condition assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate mechanical systems like HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Provide written technical descriptions of systems and their deficiencies.

Skills

Experience in conducting mechanical and plumbing facility condition assessments

Evaluation of HVAC, plumbing, and building equipment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
