AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Senior Mechanical/Piping Designer in the United States. This position involves preparing and designing process piping and equipment for various facilities, including power generation and industrial manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in an engineering design firm.
• Experience with power plant design (combined cycle, simple cycle, nuclear, etc.).
• Experience with ASME B31.1 Power Piping and design of high-pressure steam and feedwater piping.
• Experience with pipe support design.
• Time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, design, modify, coordinate, and/or review designs for process piping and equipment.
• Layout complex piping systems and process equipment in a 3D environment.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Assume a mentoring role and interact well with team members.
