Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with 3 years in a lead role.
• Experience managing a formal Preventive Maintenance program.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to access HALEU material.

• Own and develop the facility Maintenance Program.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Drive reliability improvement and manage critical spare-parts strategy.
