Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) in Minnesota seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Mill's maintenance activities. You will lead a daily crew of 4–8 technicians and supervise contractors, coordinate schedules, and direct training to ensure safety and reliability of process equipment.

The role includes planning non-shutdown maintenance, budgeting, procuring parts, developing procedures, and maintaining equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent in E/I robotics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leading others.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team with 4–8 technicians and 4 contractors, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Plan and coordinate non-shutdown maintenance to optimize uptime and performance.
• Develop budgets, estimate costs, and support Mill projects; monitor labor and overtime.
• Oversee Work Order system and procurement of parts to maximize equipment availability.
• Develop team, provide training, conduct performance reviews, and mentor staff.
