Liberty Diversified International (LDI) seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanical to oversee maintenance at Becker, MN. You will lead a daily crew of technicians and contractors, organize schedules, train staff, and ensure safety standards are met while focusing on reliability and efficiency.

The role involves budgeting input, project support, and collaboration with the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to drive operational excellence across process equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in E/I Robotics, Electrical Engineering or extensive applicable experience.
• 7+ industrial maintenance experience
• 3+ years previous experience in leading others
• Strong organization, time management and planning skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with good follow-up skills and ability to work independently
• Strong decision-making ability and problem anticipation
• Strong management skills with coaching and development
• Ability to read technical/blueprint drawings and specs
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Maintenance team while maintaining safety standards.
• Drives engagement and accountability to deliver results and encourages problem solving.
• Oversees planning, coordination and execution of non-shutdown maintenance to optimize uptime and performance.
• Oversees the Maintenance Work Order System with metrics and reporting.
• Reviews procurement for parts/services to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Maintains buildings and grounds infrastructure for a safe environment and asset protection.
• Develops and trains team members; conducts annual and midyear reviews.
• Gives input on new equipment and modifications for reliability and maintainability.
