Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is hiring a Senior Maintenance Supervisor E&I in Minnesota. You will lead a daily crew of technicians and an electrical contractor, coordinate maintenance for process equipment, and drive safety and performance standards.

Focus on electrical and instrumentation, while collaborating with the Mechanical supervisor. The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent in electrical/ instrumentation fields, 7+ years in industrial maintenance, and 3+ years of

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Instrumentation & Control, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leading others.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Experience with safety training and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance team and uphold safety standards.
• Schedule and assign work to 4–8 technicians and 1 electrical contractor.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and training records.
• Monitor technician performance and provide coaching and development.
• Oversee non-shutdown maintenance to optimize uptime and performance.
• Manage Maintenance Work Order System and procurement inputs.
• Participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute input on equipment modifications and spare parts.
