Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Becker, MN, seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor E&I to lead a maintenance crew for the mill, coordinating electrical and instrumentation tasks and contractor support to maintain equipment reliability.

You will drive safety, oversee scheduling, develop procedures, and mentor technicians while aligning with plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering or extensive applicable experience in a related role or any equivalent combination of education, experience or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years previous experience in leading others.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills for coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical specialists and lead a team.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated accountability and problem-solving in maintenance.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and shift priorities as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Maintenance team by maintaining safety standards and ensuring on-time safety training.
• Drives engagement and accountability within the maintenance team to deliver results and exceptional customer service.
• Oversees planning, coordination and execution of non-shutdown maintenance to optimize uptime and performance; supports budget and labor planning.
• Manages the Maintenance Work Order System and tracks metrics for efficiency.
• Oversees procurement of parts/services to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Develops team through coaching, mentoring and training opportunities; conducts performance reviews.
• Assesses new equipment and modifications and contributes to equipment specs and critical spares.
• Occasionally works extended hours and weekends based on mill needs.
