Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) seeks a senior Maintenance Technician IV to oversee maintenance operations at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will lead a team of technicians, directing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems to maximize uptime and reliability.

The role requires over seven years in manufacturing maintenance or completion of Level IV LDI training, with strong leadership and strategic maintenance management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience as a maintenance tech/mechanic in a manufacturing environment and/or completion of Level IV in the LDI Maintenance Training Program.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Solid understanding of facilities maintenance.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance systems and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of work orders.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment.
• Mentor, train, and develop maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
• Ensure appropriate level of communications regarding issues and repair status.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
