Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Minnesota seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor E&I to lead a daily crew of 4-8 technicians and one electrical contractor, overseeing electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and facilities maintenance. You will coordinate staffing, assign work, and train team members to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent in electrical/ instrumentation field.
• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leading others.
• Strong results-oriented mindset and ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance team, ensure safety training and incident investigations.
• Drive engagement and accountability to deliver results and exceptional service.
• Oversee planning and execution of non-shutdown maintenance to optimize uptime and performance; assist with budget and labor planning.
• Manage Work Order System metrics and procurement input for parts and services.
• Develop and train team; conduct midyear and annual performance reviews; set goals.
