Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a maintenance tech in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Solid understanding of facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timely work orders.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment.
• Mentor and develop maintenance technicians fostering continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate repair status.
