Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Mechanical Team Lead in Midland, TX on a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work 3 days per week. The role focuses on leading engineers and designers through detailed mechanical design for power, oil & gas, and chemical plants.

You will coordinate design phases, develop integrated system designs, review calculations, and liaise with clients to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables. PE licensure is required or obtainable.

Competenze

• Ten or more years designing mechanical systems for heavy industrial plants.
• Three or more years leading an engineering design team.
• PE license or ability to earn one.

Mansioni

• Lead the Mechanical team and oversee engineers and designers.
• Coordinate detailed design phases for mechanical engineering work.
• Develop integrated systems designs for plants (power, oil & gas, chemical).
• Review calculations, specifications, and equipment sizing.
• Interface with customers and project team to ensure timely designs.
