Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee electrical construction project execution, including estimation, coordination, and deployment at client sites and Faith Technologies offices. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in the field, with at least 5 years as a project superintendent, and familiarity with Acubid and MS Office.

Travel up to 5% and a standard 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule apply.

Qualifications

Education and licenses listed: High School Diploma or GED, Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
10+ years field experience, including at least 5 years as a project superintendent.
Travel up to 5% and willingness to work hours 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

Assists in construction estimates.
Helps manage baseline accounts (pricing quotes, material orders, manpower scheduling).
Coordinates large field projects: change orders, material management, staffing, risk management.
Oversees Field Personnel with Workforce Manager, Group Manager, and Project Managers.
Meets weekly with Project Managers to review hours, materials, and manpower.
Coordinates daily material and manpower with Project Coordinator and Workforce Manager.
Delegates to field leadership with proper control systems to ensure accountability.
Maintains cross-functional boundaries and fosters collaboration to accelerate work.
Up to 20% travel may be required.
