Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee electrical construction project execution.

Responsibilities span estimating collaboration, coordination, and deployment of large field projects both on-site at customer facilities and in Faith Technologies offices. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the field, with at least 5 years as a project superintendent, and possess a Journeyman or Master Electrician license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License is required.
• 10+ years of field experience, including at least 5 years as a project superintendent.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction estimates.
• Help manage baseline accounts (pricing quotes, material orders, manpower scheduling).
• Coordinate and deploy large field projects, including change orders and material management.
• Oversee field personnel in collaboration with Workforce Manager, Group Manager, and Project Managers.
• Meet weekly with Project Managers to review hours, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate daily material and manpower needs with the Project Coordinator and Workforce Manager.
• Delegate with proper controls to ensure accountability and avoid bottlenecks.
