Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site supervision, cooperate with clients and inspectors, and ensure projects meet safety, schedule and budget standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong understanding of construction documents, subcontractor management, and ability to coordinate multiple trades across large sites. Travel is significant; flexible hours and responsibilities vary with project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in relative trades and 3–6 years in a similar role.
• Able to travel up to 100% and work variable shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards.
• Develops, maintains and manages project schedules with all parties.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, PO's and other agreements to ensure terms are met.
• Manages changes to project scope and ensures current documents are used.
