Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead site supervision, coordinating contractors, ensuring safety, maintaining schedules, and controlling costs on project sites.

You will oversee subcontractors, track drawings and RFI, and manage budget adherence while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards. Travel up to 100% may be required, with shifts between day and night schedules based on customer demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience, Ongoing Industry Training
• 4 years of experience in relative trades, 3-6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution.
• Travel: up to 100% (less travel in the beginning and then will increase)
• Work Schedule: This position will work between the hours of 12pm to 12am for approximately 6 months; After about 6 months, will switch to Days; Monday through Friday, may vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company and industry standards and procedures.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains all required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure it’s constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner that’s consistent with the contract documents.
• Develops, maintains and manages project schedules effectively with all parties to ensure milestone dates are met.
• Has a complete understanding of construction documents and specifications for assigned project(s).
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other agreements to ensure terms are met.
• Manages changes in project scope to prevent rework.
• Maintains, tracks, verifies, and updates project files and paperwork.
• Manages and or supports project closeout, including Punch lists, Start-Up, and CX of Systems.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring expenditures and identifying variances.
• Supports all areas of FTI’s business interests and pre-construction budgeting and strategy.
• May be assigned to multiple projects depending on size and phase.
• Performs other related duties as required.
