Job summary

Turner Offsite (xPL) is seeking a detail-oriented estimator to prepare detailed estimates for identified xPL solutions and products, coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams across structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. The role focuses on developing bid packages, evaluating costs, and ensuring alignment with project schedules.

Responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and internal teams to obtain best pricing, maintaining pricing histories, and supporting the scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in structural, mechanical and/or electrical disciplines is highly desirable.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimate including quantity take-offs and studies for xPL project scope(s).
• Collaborate with xPL team and stakeholders to define scope of work.
• Lead documentation management and file organization for the project.
