Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced estimator for xPL Offsite projects. You will prepare detailed estimates from drawings and specs, coordinate with vendors and integrators, and ensure alignment with project schedules and capacity.

You will work across structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, applying DFMA principles to optimize cost and delivery. Strong reading of contract docs and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction management or related field with 3+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience in structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines is preferred.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for identified xPL projects.
• Develop bid packages and scope for vendors and integrators.
• Coordinate with xPL Offsite stakeholders for schedule, capacity, logistics, and delivery.
• Lead document management and setup of estimate schedules.
• Provide price comparisons and value analysis.
