Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced estimator for the xPL Offsite division to prepare detailed estimates tied to project drawings and specs. You will work across structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines and lead bid package development with vendors and integrators.

You will coordinate with internal teams to align schedule, manufacturing capacity, logistics, and procurement, applying DFMA principles to optimize unit costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience in structural/mechanical/electrical disciplines is highly desirable.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Knowledge of estimating documents and ability to provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of documents.
• Familiar with Design For Manufacturing (DFMA) practices and able to apply them to project estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for identified xPL solutions and products across disciplines.
• Develop and communicate bid packages and scope for vendors and integrators.
• Coordinate with xPL Offsite stakeholders on schedule, capacity, logistics, and delivery to finalize estimate.
