KLA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead mechanical development for the next-generation EUV light source within the RAPID division. You will guide a multidisciplinary team through precision hardware, vacuum systems, and beam delivery packaging, coordinating with Technology, Optics, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive design reviews, requirements, and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with Technology, Optics, Systems, Production Development, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis and supplier engagements.
• Embed safety-by-design into mechanical solutions.
• Travel as needed for build/validation and site readiness.
