You will serve as Engineer of Record or support, mentor a diverse team, manage multi-discipline coordination, and build strong client relationships while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
• 12+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership experience.
• Proven track record building client relationships and growing opportunities.
• Strategic thinker with Western U.S. market insight.
• Passion for sustainability and high-performance design.
• Active involvement in industry organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on complex, high-profile building projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (or provide support) on major developments.
• Oversee multi-discipline coordination and project delivery.
• Champion sustainability and decarbonization strategies in design.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team.
