Northrop Grumman is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for the Flight Systems Engineering and Integration team in a role focusing on mechanical interface controls and integration drawings.

You will develop the mechanical interface baseline, coordinate with product teams, and present designs to customers. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a secret clearance are required, along with CAD experience in Siemens NX and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Secret clearance at time of application with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP).
• Experience performing CAD modeling with design tools such as Siemens NX or similar.
• Experience performing mechanical design efforts on MILCON, major infrastructure/building projects, or Aerospace and Defense programs.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of tools - Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Ability to understand and interpret requirements.
