Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electrical Engineer to engage in system-level electrical design and integration for advanced programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review schematics, and help develop Product Definition Packages through formal review processes.

The role requires a STEM degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance. Expect a fast-paced environment with collaboration across multiple sites and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of experience, or 0 years with a master's degree.
• Experience with electrical designs and/or analysis of subsystems or components.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal program, customer, and supplier technical exchange meetings.
• Coordinate electrical system engineering content and work products.
• Review engineering deliverables such as schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Develop PDPs/ADPs and take them through the review and release process.
