Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer V (Team Manager) to provide senior mechanical design leadership for controllable solid propulsion systems and to mentor a ~10-engineer team. Hybrid/remote options available across multiple U.S.

sites, with travel ~10% and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Security Clearance. You will drive complex design challenges, develop CAD models, run simulations, and ensure design alignment with mission requirements while fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field; 10+ years mechanical design experience.
• Experience leading a mechanical design team and managing ambiguity.
• Strong CAD and GD&T experience with complex tolerance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for controllable solid propulsion systems and related components.
• Develop detailed 2D/3D models, drawings, and GD&T; perform tolerance analysis.
• Guide simulations for thermal, structural, and dynamic performance; ensure manufacturability.
