Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a MSAD Systems Engineer V (Team Manager) in a hybrid/remote role based in multiple locations, including Folsom, CA. You will lead an engineering team focused on high-fidelity propulsion models, control algorithms, and system simulations to support mission-critical aerospace programs.

The role requires 10+ years in modeling, simulation, and algorithm design, plus strong systems engineering and leadership capabilities. U.S. Security Clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• 10 years in modeling, simulation and algorithm design.
• Experience leading small technical teams and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity propulsion and guidance models.
• Design system simulation architectures for design iteration, verification, and validation.
• Define control system topologies and tune gains.
• Support performance engineering with margins and Monte Carlo analyses.
• Collaborate with GNC, software, systems, and test teams.
• Mentor engineers and conduct peer reviews.
