Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior mechanical/propulsion engineer to lead testing programs and analyze complex propulsion systems. The role requires applying advanced statistics, data acquisition, and test planning frameworks to ensure mission-critical reliability.

You will design, analyze, and document using CAD, GD&T, and CFD tools, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. A strong background in rocket motor systems and risk management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science required in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited university; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Positive, cooperative, self-motivated, and professional behavior.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale testing programs with advanced statistical techniques.
• Develop test planning frameworks and methodologies; guide test planning best practices.
• Create 2D/3D designs and precise technical drawings using CAD tools and interpret GD&T symbols.
• Coordinate activities across design, testing, and project management teams; manage simple schedules and procurement.
• Analyze CFD, structural, thermal, and propulsion aspects; apply engineering judgment to issues.
