Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of mechanical design experience.
• PE licensure encouraged is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams across disciplines to deliver design work.
• Provide technical input to proposals and client meetings.
• Collaborate with licensed professionals in design, assessment, and construction of buildings.
• Coordinate adaptive reuse projects and enhancements to facilities.
• Perform calculations and field assessments; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; present findings to clients.
