Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc seeks a qualified consultant to support Built Environment Solutions projects for owners, developers and contractors. You will leverage field experience to assess and document conditions, develop actionable recommendations, and present findings to clients.

You will collaborate with licensed professionals across design and construction of diverse building types, manage reports, and contribute to project strategy and budgeting while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in ground-up developments, renovations, retrofit or fit-out of buildings.
• Engineer-in-training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) designations are a plus.
• Familiarity with local and state building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prepare reports for diverse clientele with clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Provide technical expertise for building assessments, repairs, renovations, maintenance, restoration, and new construction projects.
• Work with licensed professionals in assessment, design and construction of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Participate in evaluating change orders by reviewing scope, cost, and project impacts.
