Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area (SF or Walnut Creek). You will lead integration of building mechanical and HVAC systems for Life Sciences, Research and Development, Pharmaceutical and Critical Facilities projects, in collaboration with a national team.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, PE license, 7+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Lead submittals in response to RFP/RFQ.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Prepare floor plans for mechanical/HVAC layouts.
• Perform cooling/heating load calculations.
• Coordinate with MEP disciplines.
• Field verification and take-offs for renovations.
