Qualifications

• 10+ years in an MEP/Technology affiliated role.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison across the project lifecycle for MEPP and Technology.
• Documentation of discussions and action items from design meetings.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and controls.
• Coordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant services.
• Support contract development, negotiation, and administration.
