Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, verify and integrate mechanical components and assemblies for rugged electronics. You will mentor peers, lead small project teams, and ensure producible designs with tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have extensive CAD/FEA experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor and Ansys, and a strong background in sheet-metal and machined parts. On-site role with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering required, or 20+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with sheet-metal and machined-metal parts design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify mechanical components and assemblies.
• Lead small project groups and perform peer reviews.
• Provide troubleshooting support for products in manufacturing and field.
