Job summary

Crystal Group seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design, development, and verification of wiring and PCB assemblies for rugged applications. You will guide peer reviews, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with operations and services to ensure producible, reliable designs.

You will use Altium Designer and CAD tools to translate requirements into schematics, layouts, and test procedures, while maintaining high design quality and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience, or 15+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, and layouts.
• Proficiency with electrical design tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies including cables and connectors.
• Lead peer reviews and small project teams; mentor colleagues.
• Analyze operations feedback and support manufacturing and service teams.
