The role emphasizes proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor, with strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, and packaging for harsh environments. On-site, full-time work with no travel.

Qualifications

• AS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with 5+ years design experience.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD tools; knowledge of Fabrication and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify mechanical components, including sheet-metal and machined parts and assemblies.
• Lead small project groups; mentor department members and participate in peer reviews.
• Review drawings to ensure conformance to specifications and standards; support pilot builds and tests.
