You will mentor peers, lead small projects, and drive design reviews to ensure producibility and conformance to specifications.

Role requires advanced CAD skills (AutoCAD, Inventor) and strong background in metal machining, packaging techniques, and engineering theory.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering or related field; 5+ years mechanical engineering experience or 20+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, CAD tools, FEA and CFD.
• Experience with metal parts machining, fabrication, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure designs are producible, meet specs, and are error-free.
• Provide technical assistance for new product development and testing.
