Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies, including cables and military connectors. This on-site role collaborates with operations, technical services, and design teams.

The engineer will mentor staff, lead small project groups, and perform detailed electrical calculations to ensure compliance with specifications and standards in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience or 15+ years in lieu of a degree.
• US Person status required (US citizen, permanent resident, or protected person).
• Experience with PCB design, schematic layouts, and CAD tools.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies including cables, plugs, and connectors.
• Lead small project groups and mentor peers.
• Provide troubleshooting support for Manufacturing and Technical Services.
• Coordinate electrical manufacturing and testing activities to meet specs and standards.
• Write reports and perform electrical calculations to establish manufacturing standards.
