• Provide project planning and manage resources to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Conduct R&D and write technical reports to resolve complex engineering problems.
• Mentor lower-level engineers and establish operating procedures for new products.
• Evaluate and implement design changes and alternate designs to assure product quality.
• Collaborate with design agencies and supplier counterparts to resolve complex issues.
