Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for highly technical manufacturing processes and projects.
• Plan and manage projects with multiple resources to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Conduct R&D and write technical reports for complex problems using advanced methods.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish procedures for new products.
• Recommend design changes and test equipment to improve product quality.
• Evaluate innovations to improve quality, reduce cycle time, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with design agencies or suppliers to resolve design and production issues.
