Qualifications

• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physics from ABET-accredited university.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering/technical experience.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOE security clearance (DOE Q-level for some positions).

Responsibilities

• Assist design and project management for new/current projects under guidance.
• Prepare product/project definitions, drawings, specs, procedures and test equipment designs.
• Design product and acceptance equipment; specify tooling and equipment.
• Develop test procedures and perform routine to moderately complex evaluation tests and quality audits.
• Analyze processes/products and inspection records to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Prepare evaluation reports and recommend process improvements.
